Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent the brand in Sephora stores across the assigned Côte d'Azur territory by proactively advising clients and converting product demonstrations into sales.
  • Deliver personalised makeup applications, run masterclasses and on-floor trainings to elevate product knowledge and application techniques among retailer staff.
  • Design, negotiate and implement exclusive in-store activations in collaboration with the Area Manager and Sephora store teams to drive differentiation and incremental sales.
  • Maintain merchandising and hygiene standards at point of sale (tester rotation, gondola organisation, product presentation) and ensure compliance with retailer procedures and internal guidelines.
  • Contribute to team and brand sales objectives, pursue individual KPIs and provide monthly quantitative and qualitative reporting to managers.
  • Build and sustain professional relationships with Sephora makeup leads and store directors to strengthen the commercial partnership and secure merchandising opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in cosmetics retail or selective beauty environment, with demonstrable sales results.
  • Diploma in aesthetics/cosmetics or business; a diploma from a professional makeup school is a strong advantage.
  • Proven expertise in makeup techniques and application; comfortable delivering demonstrations and trainings to retail teams.
  • Strong commercial sense with proven ability to conceive and negotiate retail activations and to influence retail partners.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; confident public speaker with the ability to teach and inspire.
  • Autonomous, organised and creative; able to work to targets and adapt to retailer-specific processes. Mastery of an additional foreign language is a plus.

Experience
