Make Up For Ever seeks a Make Up & Sales Expert in Nice, France — temporary on-site role at Sephora selling, training and running masterclasses.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, professional and personalised customer experience: assess needs, perform makeup applications, share techniques and build client loyalty.
- Actively sell and promote MAKE UP FOR EVER products on the Sephora floor to grow sales and market share.
- Plan and lead masterclasses and in-store activations that drive traffic and conversion.
- Maintain an organised, visually-appealing and compliant brand environment at the counter.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager and store teams to meet or exceed individual and brand sales targets; contribute to team success.
- Provide monthly quantitative and qualitative reporting to management.
- Develop and nurture the commercial partnership with Sephora: respect retailer procedures, propose and implement exclusive activations, and establish a professional, trust-based relationship with Sephora teams.
- Deliver ongoing training to Sephora colour teams—particularly during launches—sharing makeup techniques to increase MAKE UP FOR EVER sell-through.
Qualifications
- Professional makeup expertise is essential.
- Diploma in aesthetics, commerce, or a recognised makeup school qualification is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in cosmetics sales, ideally within selective retail or Sephora environments.
- Proven selling ability with a strong commercial mindset and a track record of meeting targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with experience training or coaching retail teams.

Experience
Minimum three years' professional experience selling cosmetics, with direct client-facing makeup application and demonstrated success within selective retail channels; experience working in or with Sephora is strongly preferred.
Education
Diploma in aesthetics or commerce; certification from a recognised makeup school is a plus.
