Make Up For Ever seeks a Key Account Manager Europe in Paris to drive strategic partnerships with retail giants like Sephora.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead partnership management for strategic accounts, particularly Sephora Europe, participating actively in annual commercial negotiations including terms, RFA, and support plans
- Monitor compliance with commercial agreements across internal and client-facing teams
- Contribute to drafting terms and conditions and contractual elements in collaboration with legal teams
- Participate in analysis and implementation of annual pricing policies
- Serve as primary interface between clients and internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance)
- Coordinate commercial and operational initiatives including promotional activities, budget tracking, and contract compliance
- Track key relationship management topics including pricing, inventory, promotions, and product launch dates
- Lead S&OP and Forecast Meetings with marketing support, providing precise supply chain coordination for launch dates, allocations, and out-of-stock management
- Monitor performance indicators including sell-in/sell-out, new product launches, and core range tracking
- Conduct regular analysis of sales and operations results and provide recommendations to leadership
- Identify and prospect new retail opportunities across Europe
- Evaluate expansion opportunities and implementation scenarios
- Participate in listing negotiations with new retailers including contracts and commercial terms
- Coordinate internal teams for new partnership deployment covering assortment selection, forecast security, and legal oversight
Qualifications
- Master's degree from a business school or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience
- Prior experience in Key Account Management preferred
- Fluent English
- Strong commercial acumen and solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Proactive approach to all assigned responsibilities
- Strong negotiation capabilities

Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in account management or commercial roles, with prior exposure to Key Account Management preferred.
