Make Up For Ever seeks a Key Account Manager for Europe (Paris) to drive strategic partnerships with major retailers. Hybrid, CDI full-time role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Negotiate and manage annual commercial agreements with Sephora and key accounts, including terms, rebates, promotions, returns policies, and pricing strategy
- Oversee compliance of all commercial agreements by both client and internal teams, coordinating across legal, supply chain, operations, and finance
- Conduct local negotiations in support of country managers on market-specific strategies and orchestrate European business reviews
- Develop and manage e-retail partnerships, including agreements with VeePee, LookFantastic, LVMH Happening, and Travel Retail channels
- Establish annual sell-in targets and monthly projections, with weekly monitoring of performance and service rates in liaison with the financial director
- Maintain regular market expertise through travel and engagement with European commercial leadership and area managers
- Produce market intelligence and performance dashboards to inform strategic decisions
- Support marketing strategies for product launches and innovations, ensuring local execution excellence
- Coordinate between client requests and internal teams to implement processes that drive sales achievement
Qualifications
- Diploma in Commerce or equivalent degree (Bac +4/+5 level)
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in account management, key accounts, or selective distribution
- Fluent English
- Strong expertise in European selective cosmetics distribution channels
- Expert-level negotiation capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated ability to develop creative commercial proposals
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management, account development, or commercial roles within selective distribution, preferably in the cosmetics or luxury sectors. Demonstrated expertise in European markets and strong appetite for UK market development.
Education
Commercial degree or equivalent qualification (Bac +4 to Bac +5 level).
