Make Up For Ever — Key Account Assistant Europe (Internship) in Levallois Perret, France. Support KAM on sell‑in/sell‑out analysis and retail coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Key Account Manager Europe in daily coordination of commercial activities with strategic retail partners (Sephora and others).
- Extract, consolidate and analyse weekly and monthly sell-out data and new‑product performance; produce ad hoc commercial analyses and post‑promo reviews.
- Monitor sell‑in metrics: weekly service rates, in‑store availability and scorecard analysis in liaison with country managers.
- Coordinate with supply‑chain teams on product shortages and escalations; follow up on forecasts for samples and promotional stock.
- Manage promotional levers and sample budgets: track forecasts, monitor execution and recommend market‑relevant promotional operations.
- Perform competitor price surveys, maintain competitive price monitoring tools and advise on price positioning by product typology.
- Conduct competitive intelligence on retailer assortments and new launches; build presentations on market trends and visibility supports.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, supply chain and country teams to ensure alignment on commercial priorities and launches.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in an M1/M2 programme in business school or equivalent university degree.
- At least one significant prior internship or experience in commercial or marketing functions.
- Strong analytical aptitude with comfort working with numerical datasets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; team‑oriented and client‑focused.
- Highly organised, rigorous and able to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Genuine interest in the beauty industry.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Fluent English.

Beginner level; candidates should have completed at least one relevant internship or comparable experience in marketing, commercial operations or account management.
Education
Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (M1/M2) in business, marketing, or equivalent university programme.
