International HR Business Partner | Make Up For Ever | Levallois-Perret - Manage payroll, budgets, and HR reporting across France and international markets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Pilot payroll construction and budget development for the France headquarters, and contribute to consolidating international data in coordination with regional markets
- Develop budget assumptions in partnership with HR and Finance teams, including headcount, fixed and variable compensation, social charges, provisions, and workforce movements
- Build, validate, and formalise reconciliation bridges to explain payroll variance movements between actual, budget, forecast, and final figures
- Produce detailed variance analysis and formulate recommendations to support strategic decision-making
- Participate in close-out, forecast, and annual or quarterly planning cycles
- Support the preparation of annual salary review exercises
- Accompany HR, international markets, and leadership in monitoring payroll and headcount by business unit, department, population segment, or cost centre
- Conduct ad hoc simulations related to recruitment, replacements, reorganisations, salary increases, mobility, or separations
- Highlight monthly and annual impacts of studied scenarios, presenting clear, reliable, and actionable insights
- Serve as a reference contact for social cost control matters with internal stakeholders and market teams
- Produce and consolidate regular social reporting for the HR Direction, Finance, and LVMH Group
- Monitor and analyse key social indicators including headcount, turnover, absenteeism, payroll, personnel costs, compensation structure, and related metrics
- Contribute to preparing presentation materials for internal committees and management
- Support consolidation of HR data from markets and regions, and validate associated analysis
- Ensure consistency of data provided by different countries and alert on discrepancies or anomalies
- Secure the quality, reliability, and traceability of social data used in analyses and reporting
- Participate in continuous improvement of tools, monitoring files, and control methodologies
- Contribute to optimising processes for data collection, consolidation, and HR reporting
- Participate in HR and Human Resources Information System (HRIS) tool evolution projects in collaboration with HR, Finance, and IT teams
- Support structuring and harmonising social data across different systems
- Propose solutions for automation, data reliability improvement, and enhanced reporting and dashboards
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in management control, finance, human resources, statistics, or equivalent
- Minimum 6 to 8 years of confirmed experience in social cost control, with exposure to international and multi-entity environments
- Solid expertise in payroll management, budget construction, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Advanced mastery of Excel and strong proficiency with reporting and data management tools
- Excellent analytical, synthesis, and modelling capabilities
- Rigorous attention to detail with a strong data-driven culture
- Proven ability to interface with diverse stakeholders, both in France and internationally
- Strong independence with clear sense of priorities and ability to thrive in demanding environments

Education
