Make Up For Ever in Levallois-Perret seeks an International CRM Assistant (Apprenticeship) — 1-year alternance starting Sept/Oct 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Global CRM Project Manager in the design and execution of international CRM strategies and campaign plans tied to product launches, ensuring local-market constraints are respected.
- Draft campaign briefs and coordinate with Design, Marketing, Education and other stakeholders to align creative and commercial objectives.
- Contribute to the development of CRM mechanics across loyalty, reactivation and acquisition funnels and propose new engagement initiatives.
- Assist in the creation, update and optimisation of automated email journeys (triggers) and participate in functional and QA tests to guarantee performance and operational reliability.
- Monitor campaign performance and automated flows; produce regular reporting, identify successes and improvement opportunities, and recommend optimisation actions.
- Conduct competitive benchmarks and market intelligence to feed CRM innovation and best practices.
- Provide operational project support including calendar management, meeting minutes and follow-ups to ensure milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+4 / Bac+5 (Master’s level) programme in business, communication or equivalent university studies.
- Ideally has completed at least one prior internship in CRM or digital marketing (cosmetics experience is a plus).
- Organised, proactive, rigorous and responsive with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Strong interest in customer experience, loyalty and CRM-driven customer lifecycle management.
- Comfortable working in English.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience
Entry-level; currently a master’s-level student. Previous internship experience in CRM or digital marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolled in a Bac+4 / Bac+5 programme (Master’s level) in business, communication or equivalent.
