Make Up For Ever, Levallois-Perret: Financial Controller (CDI, full-time, hybrid). Paris luxury beauty brand seeks Master-level finance specialist.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly provisions and accruals in coordination with the accounting department
- Analyze monthly budget variances and support management in achieving financial targets
- Issue financial alerts when budgets are exceeded and propose corrective actions
- Develop multi-dimensional analytical summaries by organizational function, department, and cost center
- Prepare and maintain monthly key performance indicator dashboards
- Conduct monthly business reviews with all business and support functions
- Present monthly cost tracking reports to the Chief Financial Officer
- Lead budget construction processes (annual budgets, reforecasts, strategic plans)
- Validate key cost assumptions and prepare financial simulations based on historical performance and objectives
- Manage budget landing adjustments in relation to performance trends
- Monitor academy billing and financial performance
- Develop templates for budget construction and variance tracking
- Train operational staff on headquarters ERP systems (AX)
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives in financial monitoring and cost control
- Prepare monthly and ad-hoc presentations for senior management
- Collaborate with indirect procurement to optimize departmental spending
Qualifications
- Master's degree in business administration or equivalent university qualification with specialization in finance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and reporting tools; expert-level Excel required
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written) in a professional business context
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize competing demands
- Demonstrated rigor, proactivity, and autonomy in a professional environment
