Make Up For Ever is seeking a European PR and Influencer Communications Assistant Intern for a six-month, full-time internship starting in July 2026, based at its headquarters in Levallois-Perret. The intern will support influencer and press relations, product seeding, European events and post-launch reporting, including work with Launchmetrics.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of influencer concepts and activations, including profile selection, concepts, guidelines, briefs, follow-up, contracts and coordination.
- Develop and update the influencer database by identifying new profiles and updating the listing daily.
- Update the journalist database and handle daily journalist requests for press kits, products, information such as prices and launch dates, and visuals.
- Prepare and track press mailings and influencer seeding for product launches, daily product requests and event packages.
- Help organise MAKE UP FOR EVER Europe events, including supplier sourcing, set design follow-up and implementation, invitation management, setup, guest reception and reporting; support Sephora Europe press days by making press kits and products available.
- Prepare post-launch reports by monitoring and compiling coverage in print and online press and on social media, manually and using Launchmetrics.
- Manage and organise the PR product stock.
Qualifications
- Education at Bac +4/5 level, such as a business school or a university specialising in communications.
- Proactive and motivated, with good spoken English and strong familiarity with social media and the beauty influencer sector.
- Seeking a six-month internship to apply creativity, writing skills, interest in the influencer sector and teamwork.
- Similar experience with a brand or agency is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of the beauty sector and trends is required.
