Make Up For Ever is hiring an E-commerce Project Manager for a full-time, six-month fixed-term contract (CDD) in Levallois-Perret. Reporting to the International E-commerce Manager, the role develops the European makeupforever.com promotional and commercial strategy, oversees launches and local features, and supports e-commerce performance, forecasting, budget management, reporting, and customer experience.

Role & Responsibilities

• Define a performance-oriented promotional plan to support priority launches and optimize ROI.
• Develop the European makeupforever.com promotional plan in line with the brand’s strategy for the region.
• Establish priority launches as sustainable business pillars through activation and repromotion plans.
• Ensure an optimal customer experience to support e-commerce performance and loyalty, including seamless customer journeys and consistent messaging and experiences across the site.
• Manage product-reference-level commercial operations.
• Oversee the implementation of local features.
• Contribute to product launch and catalogue forecasting to maintain appropriate stock levels and business continuity.
• Contribute to management of the makeupforever.com activity budget.
• Contribute to activity reporting that shares the performance of initiatives with management.
• Work closely with the European E-commerce & CRM Customer Experience Project Manager to ensure a consistent and effective end-to-end customer journey.

Qualifications

• Bac+5 qualification from a business school or in marketing, digital, or an equivalent field.
• Initial experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
• Experience ideally in beauty, luxury, or retail, with a good understanding of commercial activation and digital acquisition.
• Analytical, structured, business-oriented profile, with an interest in KPI monitoring, e-commerce performance, and project coordination.
• Professional fluency in English.
