MAKE UP FOR EVER seeks E-Commerce Manager in Tokyo to lead online sales strategy, digital marketing, and CRM initiatives. Full-time, hybrid role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with organizational goals to drive online sales growth and enhance customer acquisition and retention
- Oversee daily e-business operations, including website and e-retail management, product listing optimization, inventory oversight, order fulfillment, and customer service
- Monitor and analyze key e-commerce performance metrics—website traffic, conversion rates, average order value, customer satisfaction—and implement strategic adjustments to achieve targets
- Strategize and implement high-impact digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC advertising, and email/LINE marketing to drive targeted traffic and conversions
- Develop and execute MAKE UP FOR EVER's holistic customer data acquisition and CRM strategy across online and offline channels
- Lead, mentor, and develop direct reports, providing strategic guidance, constructive performance feedback, and professional growth opportunities
- Manage e-commerce budget and vendor relationships with external platform providers and marketing agencies to optimize performance and cost-effectiveness
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities for differentiation, leveraging insights to enhance the e-commerce offering
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience in ecommerce management
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, website management, and online merchandising strategies
- Proficient in digital marketing techniques including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

Education
