Make Up For Ever — Shanghai: E‑commerce Key Account Manager (JD.com) to lead JD flagship store growth, live streaming and platform operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute the JD.com flagship store strategy to deliver sustainable sales growth and brand equity.
- Manage JD front‑end operations: content maintenance, product page optimisation, in‑store design, and short video assets.
- Plan and operate launch and promotion campaigns in partnership with channel partners, marketing and trade teams to ensure on‑time, in‑full SKU launches.
- Coordinate and execute live‑streaming activities for both brand and store channels, liaising with talent, agencies and platform partners.
- Own JD platform data tracking and analysis: sales, AUS/conversion, consumer metrics (Shufang, CRM, PTP, MTA) and competitor activity.
- Oversee JD back‑end operations: sales and product forecasting, stock monitoring, GWP/gift inventory and daily warehouse liaison.
- Manage relationships with JDP, ISV partners and media/CRM agencies to ensure timely delivery and effective on‑site media activation.
- Lead internal processes including contract & finance workflows, PO application, legal checks and JD in‑site media top‑ups.
- Drive key projects such as ISV pitching, JD flagship IP activations and distributor (B‑to‑B) coordination where applicable.
- Produce timely, accurate reporting and actionable insights for cross‑functional stakeholders; set and track KPIs for sub‑functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 5–6+ years’ experience in e‑commerce marketing or sales, preferably managing a marketplace flagship store (JD.com).
- Proven experience in live‑streaming project execution and marketplace campaign operations.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate JD platform data into commercial insights.
- Practical knowledge of supply chain and inventory management processes.
- Excellent cross‑functional communication and stakeholder management; experience working with ISVs and agencies.
- Commercially driven, methodical and results‑oriented with a pragmatic, make‑it‑happen attitude.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Preference for candidates with distributor (B2B) management experience; candidates with purely agency backgrounds are discouraged.
