Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the European e‑commerce commercial animation plan and calendar.
- Brief visual assets for e‑commerce, manage asset timelines and set up digital campaigns.
- Implement e‑merchandising recommendations to optimise product visibility online.
- Monitor daily and weekly performance metrics and produce monthly activity reports.
- Prepare and adapt product pages for European markets and support online product launch initiatives.
- Ensure proper functioning of brand sites: identify bugs/regressions and participate in site QA (recettage).
- Work with the Customer Experience Project Manager to brief and support the external customer service provider.
- Perform competitive benchmarks and market analyses to inform commercial decisions.
Qualifications
- Fluent written and spoken French and English.
- Currently enrolled in a higher education programme in e‑commerce, digital marketing, business or a related field (Bac+2 to Bac+5).
- Proficient with Pack Office; knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus.
- Demonstrates rigor, dynamism and creativity.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in team settings (professional or associative experience).
- Strong interest in the beauty sector and digital commerce.
- Availability for an apprenticeship starting September 2026.
