Make Up For Ever Distribution Planner (full-time, hybrid) in Levallois-Perret, France. Supply Chain role managing global inventory optimization and market planning.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as primary liaison and consolidation point between headquarters and regional markets, addressing availability alerts, delays, and merchandising updates
- Manage weekly coordination meetings and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) sessions with market and client partners
- Relay manufacturing planning requirements to ensure optimal product availability for assigned geographic zone
- Administer demand and replenishment processes in Dynasis, including tool optimization and product lifecycle parameter configuration
- Analyze demand and inventory fluctuations, monitor coverage ratios and stockouts, and escalate service alerts with corrective action plans
- Own global distribution responsibility for an assigned product segment (Eyes, Lips, or Face), including launch coordination
- Manage stock rebalancing processes to equilibrate inventory levels across markets
- Maintain and evolve the global inventory Power BI dashboard and associated reporting
- Ensure batch freshness compliance with local regulations and coordinate specialized batch reproductions
- Lead and coordinate assigned continuous improvement projects with cross-functional partner teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in business, engineering, or equivalent university qualification with Supply Chain specialization
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel at an advanced level (including VBA)
- Fluent written and spoken French and English
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize effectively
- Excellent interpersonal abilities and customer service orientation
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Skills
Experience
Entry-level to junior Supply Chain experience preferred; career entrants with strong academic background considered. Ideally one or more years in a Supply Chain function.
Education
Master's degree in Commerce, Engineering, or equivalent university qualification with Supply Chain specialization.
