Make Up For Ever seeks a Distribution Planner in Levallois-Perret, France. Lead supply chain planning and optimize global product replenishment for this luxury beauty brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead distribution planning activities and serve as the primary communication bridge between headquarters and market operations, managing stock availability alerts, product delays, and merchandising updates
- Coordinate weekly and S&OP meetings with market teams and clients to optimize supply chain performance
- Liaise with industrial planning teams to ensure product availability aligns with zone requirements
- Manage DRP processes within Dynasis, optimize system utilization, and configure parameters to track product lifecycle stages
- Conduct variance analysis on demand and inventory levels, including coverage ratios and stockouts, to identify and escalate coverage and service alerts
- Oversee global distribution for assigned product segments (Eyes, Lips, or Face) and pilot associated product launches across the entire geographic scope
- Coordinate inventory rebalancing processes to equilibrate stock allocation across markets
- Manage school kits and academy product allocation
- Oversee Power BI Stock World dashboard maintenance and updates
- Monitor batch freshness compliance with local regulations and coordinate specific reproduction initiatives
- Lead continuous improvement projects in coordination with cross-functional partner teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in commerce, engineering, or equivalent university qualification with specialization in Supply Chain
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VBA), PowerPoint, and Word
- Proficiency with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) or similar supply chain software platforms
- Fluent French and English (written and oral)
- Excellent organizational skills and priority management capabilities
- Strong interpersonal and customer service orientation
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional team environments
