Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver the company's monthly and periodic statutory closings within timelines consistent with the shareholder group's requirements; supervise and control closing operations.
- Oversee and coordinate all company accounting tasks and periodic accounting workstreams (accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury) in collaboration with dedicated sub‑teams.
- Supervise preparation and filing of statutory and fiscal declarations, ensuring compliance with legal deadlines and local regulations.
- Manage the accounting ERP in partnership with IT: plan, coordinate and implement system improvements to enhance efficiency and security.
- Ensure effective management of receivables, adherence to credit insurance policy and quality of collection actions in coordination with the AR team.
- Propose operational and process improvements for existing accounting tools and internal controls.
- Participate actively in cross‑functional projects impacting finance and accounting processes.
- Line‑manage and develop a team of three accountants, including task allocation, performance feedback and coaching.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree from a business school, engineering school or equivalent university degree; DSCG strongly preferred.
- Minimum five years’ experience in a similar accounting/finance role, ideally with prior exposure to audit or an accounting firm.
- Proven experience supervising month‑end and statutory closings, tax filings and routine accounting controls.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a small accounting team and to liaise with cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Professional command of written and spoken English.

At least 5 years of progressive accounting experience with demonstrable responsibility for month‑end closings and statutory filings; prior audit or professional services experience is an asset.
Education
Master’s degree (business, engineering or equivalent). DSCG or equivalent postgraduate accounting qualification preferred.
