Make Up For Ever — Levallois-Perret: Contract CRO Project Manager (6 months maternity cover) to run A/B testing and boost e‑commerce conversion.
Role & Responsibilities
- Identify conversion and UX opportunities by analysing user journeys, heatmaps and session recordings to locate friction points and prioritise interventions.
- Build and maintain the CRO roadmap: formulate test hypotheses, create business cases, estimate potential gains and prioritise initiatives by expected ROI.
- Design, launch and manage A/B tests and personalisation experiments using the company’s experimentation platforms; coordinate stakeholders across local teams, product, design and global functions.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery for validated scenarios through to implementation, ensuring alignment with product and engineering teams.
- Monitor test results and digital performance; produce KPI-driven reports and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Evangelise CRO best practices and foster a test-and-learn culture; contribute to upskilling central and local teams in CRO and data-driven decision making.
- Perform competitive benchmarks to identify UX and CRO best practices applicable to the brand’s e‑commerce ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in business, digital marketing, e‑commerce or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in CRO, web analytics or digital optimisation within an e‑commerce context.
- Proven experience with A/B testing and personalisation platforms (examples: AB Tasty, Dynamic Yield).
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with analytics and session tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Clarity, ContentSquare).
- Good understanding of UX/UI principles as they relate to conversion and customer journeys.
- Professional-level written and spoken French and English.
- Available from July for a fixed-term 6‑month contract (maternity cover); able to work full time in a hybrid model.

1–2 years of practical experience in conversion rate optimization, web analytics or digital performance within e‑commerce environments.
Education
Master’s degree in business, digital marketing, e‑commerce or equivalent university qualification.
