Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead monthly financial close activities and coordinate with accounting to deliver accurate, timely financial reports to headquarters.
  • Produce and distribute recurring reports and dashboards; track KPIs, highlight risks and opportunities, and provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, scenario planning and resource allocation.
  • Manage the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting process in partnership with commercial, marketing and operations teams.
  • Analyze variances between actuals and forecasts; investigate drivers and present findings and recommendations to management.
  • Monitor and control operational expenses, partnering with local teams to drive cost discipline and identify efficiency opportunities.
  • Support ad hoc financial analyses and preparation of materials for business reviews and senior leadership presentations.
  • Drive process improvement and automation initiatives to increase accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 3–5 years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or a closely related function.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and demonstrated experience building financial models.
  • Strong analytical rigor, attention to detail and ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders and senior management.
  • Highly organized, self-directed and able to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
