MAKE UP FOR EVER Paris internship: Assistant Product Manager, Marketing Development. Hybrid, 6 months from July 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct pricing, competitive, and trend analysis across color and complexion categories
- Perform quantitative and qualitative business analyses using internal data and consumer panels
- Support all stages of product development including formula evaluation, shade range development, packaging design, product copy creation, and decorative materials oversight
- Contribute to product concept development through creative research, moodboard creation, and messaging refinement
- Prepare meeting materials including presentations, product samples, and mockups
- Address market-specific and departmental requests as assigned
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bac +4/+5 commerce school program or equivalent university degree
- Prior internship or entry-level experience in product marketing development within the cosmetics or beauty sector
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Professional-level fluency in French and English, both oral and written
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Beginner level; first internship or entry-level position in marketing or product development within the cosmetics industry preferred.
Education
Bac +4/+5 in commerce, business school, or equivalent university degree.
