Make Up For Ever — Levallois-Perret: Area Manager One Europe (apprenticeship) supporting sell-out performance and field coordination across 11 European markets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyse weekly and monthly sell-out performance for MUSE across assigned European markets (vs. prior year and targets).
- Build and maintain strategic reporting packs (Weekly, Monthly, One Europe) and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Assess field team productivity and identify levers to improve in-store performance (promotional concepts, purchase-with-offer initiatives, assortment recommendations).
- Coordinate the MUSE One Europe field team as the main operational contact between store staff and HQ; ensure daily communication and resolution of local issues.
- Create and manage MUSE scheduling and target allocation per point of sale; provide daily follow-up, coaching and operational support to teams.
- Support the Director of Key Accounts Europe and the KAM Sephora Europe on operational account management, client meeting preparation and action-plan follow-up.
- Contribute clear, results-oriented initiatives and support implementation of retail partnership projects.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a business school or university at Master’s level (Bac+4 / Bac+5) — eligible for alternance/apprenticeship.
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into commercial recommendations.
- Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables and data analysis).
- Excellent organisational skills, rigour and ability to synthesise complex information.
- Strong interpersonal skills and capacity to operate in an international, cross-cultural environment.
- Fluent English (required).

Entry-level — role designed for current Master’s students or recent graduates. Previous internships in retail operations, commercial analytics or key account support are advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Master’s-level student (Bac+4 / Bac+5) in business, management or a related field; eligible for alternance/apprenticeship contract.
