Make Up For Ever, Levallois-Perret: 12-month fixed-term Accounts Payable Accountant role managing supplier invoicing and multi-currency transactions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage supplier invoices and purchase-related expenses from receipt through payment processing, including multi-currency transactions
- Resolve supplier disputes and manage advance payments with comprehensive follow-up
- Execute period-end closing procedures including accruals, provisions, currency conversion adjustments, and reconciliations
- Process and track employee expense reimbursements
- Conduct account reconciliations with detailed matching and variance analysis; monitor aging reports and key performance indicators
- Execute miscellaneous administrative tasks including document filing and correspondence management
Qualifications
- BTS in Accounting and Management or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years of professional accounting experience, preferably in accounts payable
- Strong knowledge of French accounting principles and standards
- Proficiency with stored-purchase accounting procedures
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with AX and ESKER systems is valued

BTS in Accounting and Management or equivalent professional qualification.
