Role & Responsibilities
- Drive achievement of individual and store commercial targets through effective team organization and daily sales management.
- Deliver and maintain a tailored, high‑touch client experience to maximise conversion and client development.
- Coach, mentor and provide constructive feedback to sales advisors alongside the Store Manager to raise service and selling performance.
- Analyse sales and stock metrics to optimise product rotation, replenishment and merchandising decisions.
- Lead CRM-driven clienteling initiatives and collaborate with the visual merchandising team to preserve brand presentation standards.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, ideally within the luxury or premium fashion sector, with a demonstrable sales orientation.
- Strong interpersonal skills with empathy, emotional intelligence and the ability to motivate a team.
- Detail-oriented and methodical approach to stock control, merchandising and client follow-up.
- Professional fluency in English and Italian (both required).

Experience
Confirmed hands-on retail experience with responsibility for daily selling targets and frontline team supervision; prior experience in luxury fashion or designer boutiques is strongly preferred.
Education
High-school diploma required; tertiary education in fashion, retail management or business is an advantage.
