Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive store performance by building and executing a local business strategy and annual action plan to achieve sales, KPI and profitability targets.
  • Manage P&L and control operating expenses through disciplined budgeting, payroll oversight and regular review of financial reports.
  • Recruit, coach and develop the store team; design and deliver training to ensure colleagues meet service, merchandising and operational standards.
  • Lead client development and retention initiatives: oversee CRM usage, grow the client database and ensure high standards of clienteling across the team.
  • Oversee daily store operations including scheduling, cash handling, POS accuracy, inventory control, banking procedures and visual presentation.
  • Analyse sales and product reports to optimise assortments; collaborate with visual merchandising to implement company visual standards and promotional plans.
  • Ensure the store environment is well maintained, compliant with company operational policies and presents an elevated shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail management experience in the luxury or high-end market with a record of meeting sales and KPI objectives.
  • Demonstrated leadership in recruiting, training and performance management of retail teams; previous keyholder or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong clienteling skills and experience managing CRM-driven client programmes; existing client book is an asset.
  • Commercial acumen including P&L awareness, expense control and inventory/merchandise analysis.
  • Ability to meet physical demands of the role (extended standing, manual handling up to 50 lbs) and to work retail hours, including weekends.

Experience

Several years of progressive experience in luxury retail, typically 3–5+ years including supervisory or keyholder responsibilities; multi-unit management experience is preferred.

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant retail experience.
