Role & Responsibilities
- Receive incoming deliveries and process inbound merchandise in strict accordance with group and store procedures.
- Inspect delivered goods for quality and conformity; document and escalate discrepancies.
- Prepare and execute product transfers and returns of collections following established protocols.
- Perform regular rotating inventories, reconcile stock discrepancies and drive actions to improve inventory accuracy.
- Organise warehouse layout and storage to optimise replenishment; maintain a clean, safe and efficient stockroom.
- Monitor in-store stock rotation and forecast restocking needs to support commercial objectives.
- Identify and propose measures to prevent unknown markdowns and reduce shrinkage.
- Contribute to measurement and enhancement of store performance indicators related to stock and logistics.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail stock management, ideally within premium or luxury retail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with clear, effective communication across store teams.
- Commercially minded and results-oriented with attention to detail.
- Sound knowledge of retail stock procedures and inventory controls.
- Basic numeracy and ability to maintain accurate records; comfortable with physical handling of merchandise.

Experience
Previous successful experience managing stock and inventory within a retail environment, preferably in the luxury or premium fashion sector, with familiarity of rotating inventories and stock reconciliation procedures.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; vocational training or certification in logistics, retail operations or warehousing is a plus.
