Maison Margiela seeks a Stock Associate in Vancouver to manage receiving, stockroom operations and inventory (Oakridge Shopping Centre).
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive and unload incoming shipments; verify contents and quantities against invoices and delivery manifests.
- Organize, label and maintain stockroom inventory to ensure easy retrieval and accurate stock levels.
- Replenish merchandise on the sales floor promptly to maintain presentation and product availability.
- Support and execute inventory counts and cycle counts; assist with loss-prevention procedures.
- Handle damaged or defective merchandise per company procedures and document discrepancies.
- Collaborate with sales associates and store management to fulfil stock requests and transfers.
- Maintain a clean, safe and hazard-free stockroom in compliance with safety regulations and company policy.
- Monitor product availability and communicate restock needs to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail, warehouse or stockroom experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 50 lbs and to stand for extended periods.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with store teams.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking; familiarity with Microsoft Office is an asset.

Experience
Retail, warehouse or stockroom experience is preferred but not required; prior exposure to luxury retail or service-oriented environments is an advantage.

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 18 to CAD 19 per hour.
