Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Brand Marketing in defining and executing global brand strategies anchored in Maison Margiela's creative direction and product vision.
- Create and roll out go-to-market brand plans for MM and MM6, ensuring alignment between creative, commercial and distribution teams.
- Lead day-to-day management of brand marketing projects, including timelines, deliverables and cross‑functional coordination.
- Brief and collaborate with PR, Social, Digital, Media, Events, Visual Merchandising and E‑commerce teams to deliver integrated brand activations.
- Plan and execute 360° marketing for seasonal collections, shows, product launches, hero product pushes and storytelling moments.
- Identify cultural opportunities, strategic partnerships and emerging platforms to expand audience reach and strengthen community engagement.
- Translate global strategies into impactful local activations in partnership with regional teams while preserving brand codes.
- Monitor cultural trends, competitor activity and consumer insights to inform strategic reviews and internal recommendations.
- Prepare and present core marketing documentation (360 launch plans, QBRs, channel toolkits, competitor reports, asset lists and storytelling guidelines).
- Preserve Maison Margiela’s unconventional creative values in all executions while ensuring operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross‑functional brand programmes and external partners.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation capability.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and capacity to perform under time constraints.
- Result‑oriented, purpose‑driven mindset with strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced use of Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience
At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in brand or marketing roles; prior experience within luxury fashion or high-end global brands and demonstrable success managing integrated, multi-channel brand campaigns preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline preferred.
