Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead by example on the sales floor to drive revenue and deliver a personalized, high-touch client experience.
  • Develop and execute clienteling strategies to cultivate and maintain relationships with VIP and repeat clients.
  • Supervise, train and motivate sales associates; provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to meet individual and team targets.
  • Manage daily store operations including stock management, loss prevention, and adherence to operational procedures.
  • Maintain and implement Maison Margiela visual merchandising standards to ensure brand-consistent presentation.
  • Analyse sales reports and KPIs, partnering with the Store Manager to implement action plans and sales initiatives.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and continuous development of boutique team members.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in luxury retail, including a minimum of one year in a supervisory capacity.
  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business, fashion or a related field is an asset.
  • Demonstrated leadership, coaching ability and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of luxury product categories, market trends and high-end customer service expectations.
  • Proven experience with clienteling and VIP relationship management.
  • Proficiency with POS systems and CRM tools.

Experience
