Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients, deliver personalised styling advice and close sales for the MM6 line at the Galeries Lafayette corner.
- Act as an ambassador of the Maison by adhering to brand etiquette, grooming standards and in-store guidelines.
- Support visual merchandising and ensure floor presentation meets Maison standards.
- Manage stock movements, assist with inventory control and ensure accurate replenishment at the corner.
- Meet and exceed commercial targets through proactive clienteling and KPI-driven performance.
- Use store management tools to monitor sales indicators and report daily/weekly results to the Corner Manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years' experience in luxury retail or premium fashion, with a demonstrable sales track record.
- Fluent spoken and written English is indispensable.
- Client-focused, available and rigorous with high standards of professionalism and discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills, commercial drive and a taste for challenge and achieving targets.
- Strict adherence to brand processes, visual guidelines and grooming requirements.

Experience
At least 2 years' experience in the luxury sector, preferably within a fashion or accessories boutique, with proven performance against sales targets.
Education
High-school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, luxury sales or hospitality preferred.
