Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyse weekly and monthly retail KPIs and sales figures to assess commercial performance.
- Produce ad-hoc analyses on collaborations, promotional periods, product categories and special initiatives.
- Evaluate individual sales performance and the commercial impact of new store openings.
- Track and estimate progress against commercial budgets and support corrective actions.
- Design, implement and manage global sales challenges to stimulate front‑of‑store performance.
- Standardise and optimise retail reporting across regions to ensure data consistency and clarity.
- Coordinate regional retail‑operations projects (uniform deliveries, in‑store music, delighting kits) to elevate store standards.
- Maintain and update store information in collaboration with regional teams to ensure operational accuracy.
- Support digital learning: manage Yoobic engagement, verify database accuracy and schedule training modules.
- Analyse training completion and participation rates by region and prepare follow‑up actions.
- Support internal events (seminars, top‑seller visits) and prepare presentations and research for training topics.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bac+4/Bac+5 (Master’s level) programme in Management, Luxury, Fashion or a related discipline (final‑year internship).
- Prior retail experience, ideally with exposure to luxury or fashion retail environments.
- Strong analytical orientation with demonstrated accuracy and attention to data reliability.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Power BI is a strong advantage.
- Excellent organisational skills, ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in French and English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.

Prior experience in retail operations or commercial analysis is expected; experience within the fashion or luxury sector is advantageous. The role suits a candidate with hands‑on exposure to sales reporting, KPI monitoring and cross‑functional project support.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Master’s programme (Bac+4/5) in Management, Luxury, Fashion or a related field; internship is for final‑year students.
