Role & Responsibilities
- Manage collection and sample inventory for MM and MM6 through Launchmetrics and STEALTH, maintaining accurate records of all movements and stock levels.
- Oversee showroom operations: keep the showroom presentation-ready, coordinate collection turnover, prepare for client and press appointments, and manage supplies and orders.
- Coordinate seeding and gifting activities: prepare, pack and track shipments, liaise with agents and stylists, and ensure delivery confirmations.
- Administer sample and seeding orders: create and follow-up on orders with production and merchandising teams; monitor delivery timelines and completeness.
- Organize collection retrievals, returns at season end, archiving processes and post-campaign collection management.
- Support internal campaign needs and fulfil internal team requests for meetings, reviews, webinars, sales showrooms and e-commerce shoots.
Qualifications
- Fluent in French and English (oral and written).
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a showroom, sample management or logistics coordination role within fashion.
- Proven knowledge of Launchmetrics and experience using inventory or sample-tracking platforms (STEALTH experience preferred).
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, multitask and maintain high levels of accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; collaborative and diplomatic team player with a service-oriented mindset.

Experience
At least one year in a similar position supporting showroom operations, sample logistics or PR seeding within a fashion house or luxury brand, with hands-on use of Launchmetrics and sample-tracking systems.
Education
Post-secondary qualification in fashion merchandising, supply chain/logistics, business or a related discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
