Part of the OTB group, the maison retains a strong editorial and cultural presence while operating internationally across collections including MM6.
Maison Margiela seeks a Global Press and VIP Officer in Paris to manage MM6 PR, sample trafficking and VIP relations.
Role & Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with editors, stylists, their assistants and key press contacts to secure placements and manage press and stylist appointments.
- Drive VIP and celebrity relations: research profiles, organise fittings, manage celebrity seeding and coordinate with agents and VIP contacts for collaborations.
- Pitch product and event coverage proactively; distribute approved press releases, imagery and digital lookbooks to relevant editors, stylists and international offices.
- Supervise showroom and shipping teams, communicate deadlines and recipient details, and ensure samples are stored and transported in favourable condition.
- Compile and distribute weekly and monthly editorial, clippings and performance reports (including competitive analyses) using DMR; maintain credit information and editorial recap documentation.
- Coordinate gifting/seeding programmes and ensure timely dispatch of gifts to press, influencers and VIPs to maximise coverage.
- Support PR leadership on crisis communications, media strategy, in‑store event coverage and ad hoc cross‑departmental requests (studio, merchandizing, prototypes).
