Maison Margiela — CRM & Clienteling Intern in Paris. Internship supporting email campaigns, clienteling and customer data analysis for the Client Development team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Client Development team in defining customer engagement strategies and lifecycle journeys for CRM and clienteling initiatives.
  • Coordinate the development of email campaigns: draft briefs, manage creative assets, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Assist with campaign execution, quality assurance testing and scheduling within the CRM platform.
  • Contribute to clienteling actions including post-event follow-up, coordination of gifting and tailored client communications.
  • Perform market studies and benchmarks to identify best practices and opportunities for innovation.
  • Monitor and report campaign performance and key learnings to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to incorporate local needs while ensuring alignment with global directives.
  • Support customer data analysis and segmentation projects to enhance understanding of purchasing behaviour.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Campaign, Photoshop and InDesign; experience with Power BI and Google Analytics.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML is a plus.
  • Strong analytical rigour and attention to detail with a focus on personalised customer experiences.
  • Excellent organisational, time-management skills and ability to work in a collaborative, international environment.
  • Genuine interest in fashion and luxury client experience.
  • This internship is not open to alternance/work-study applications.

Experience

Currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's programme (Marketing, Digital, Business, Data Analytics or similar). Prior internships or practical exposure to CRM, email marketing or clienteling preferred but not mandatory.

Enrolled in a tertiary-level programme in Marketing, Business, Digital Communications, Data Analytics or related fields.
