Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the Maison’s ambassador at the Le Bon Marché corner: welcome, advise and sell to a discerning clientele while delivering a personalised luxury experience.
  • Achieve and exceed commercial targets through proactive clienteling, upselling and relationship development.
  • Ensure impeccable merchandising, visual presentation and stock management in line with Maison standards.
  • Respect and model house guidelines including grooming, service protocols and operational processes.
  • Monitor performance indicators and operate management tools to report on sales, stock and client metrics.
  • Serve as an exemplary team member under the supervision of the corner manager, supporting store operations and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury retail sales or a comparable client‑facing role within the luxury sector.
  • Fluent written and spoken English — proficiency is described as indispensable.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrable track record of meeting sales objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, discretion and the ability to foster long‑term client relationships.
  • Rigorous, versatile and available with a professional demeanour and appetite for targets and challenges.
