Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as an ambassador of the maison: welcome, advise and convert clients with high standards of service and product knowledge.
  • Deliver personalised clienteling to cultivate long‑term relationships and repeat business.
  • Adhere strictly to store processes, Maison Margiela grooming and presentation guidelines.
  • Maintain merchandising standards and ensure accurate stock management and housekeeping on the sales floor.
  • Work toward and achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs, reporting performance through store management tools.
  • Support the store manager and lead by example as a reliable, exemplary team member during Sunday shifts.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years' experience in luxury retail with a proven track record of sales performance.
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
  • Available to work Sundays for the duration of the one‑month fixed term; punctuality and flexibility are essential.
  • Professional, client‑centric demeanour with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to follow brand guidelines precisely and perform consistently under pressure.
