Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as an articulate brand ambassador, delivering a personalised and sophisticated client experience from greeting to sale closure.
  • Identify client needs, present relevant MM6 and Maison Margiela product assortments, and meet individual and store sales targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business, including clienteling and follow-up.
  • Maintain expert product knowledge of collections, materials and brand heritage to advise clients confidently across categories.
  • Support visual merchandising standards to ensure the boutique reflects the brand's aesthetic and seasonal directives.
  • Collaborate with the store team to ensure smooth operations and a coherent customer journey.
  • Assist with stock and inventory management, ensuring accurate presentation, replenishment and record-keeping.
  • Adhere to company policies, grooming and service standards to uphold a refined boutique environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Client Advisor or Sales Associate, ideally within the luxury fashion sector.
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and executing cross-selling strategies across product categories.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; poised and professional manner suited to high-end clientele.
  • Ability to build rapport with diverse international clients and manage long-term client relationships.
  • Fluent in English, Russian and Italian (mandatory).

Experience

Experienced Client Advisor with prior boutique or luxury retail experience; a background in ready-to-wear and demonstrated commercial performance is preferred.
