Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome, advise and sell to a discerning clientele, delivering personalised clienteling and high-touch service.
  • Act as an ambassador of the maison, consistently applying brand grooming and presentation guidelines.
  • Ensure correct merchandising, visual presentation and daily upkeep of the Maison Homme corner at Galeries Lafayette.
  • Manage inventory and stock movements; support stock counts and replenishment processes.
  • Work towards and achieve individual and corner sales targets; monitor and optimise key performance indicators.
  • Use store management tools to record sales activity, client data and performance metrics; respect internal processes and guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years' experience in luxury retail with proven sales results.
  • Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
  • Customer-centric with proven clienteling skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Organised, rigorous and adaptable; able to work within a team and independently.
  • Professional demeanour, strong presentation standards and a proactive, target-oriented mindset.

Experience
