Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee direct and indirect procurement for packaging and subcontracting within the Operations Department.
  • Collaborate with Packaging Development, Formula, Marketing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance teams.
  • Define supplier and subcontractor panels in coordination with LVMH Purchasing.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring cost, capacity, quality, and timeline requirements are met.
  • Anticipate capacity and technology needs, proposing solutions to meet Maison Francis Kurkdjian's requirements.
  • Conduct business reviews and maintain strong contractual relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Contribute to the development of purchasing strategies in alignment with LVMH Coordination.
  • Implement and monitor performance indicators, managing supplier and subcontractor performance.
  • Develop and deploy improvement plans with suppliers and subcontractors to enhance performance.
  • Manage the annual budget for the entire portfolio in close collaboration with Finance and Supply Chain.
  • Support Maison Francis Kurkdjian's CSR commitments by proposing and developing measurement tools and methodologies.
  • Establish the indirect purchasing function in collaboration with the beauty division's purchasing coordination.
  • Negotiate with defined panel suppliers for services required by various departments.
  • Coordinate with the Merchandising team to gather product needs, synthesize them into tenders, and oversee production and distribution.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (Master's level) from an engineering, business school, or university with a specialization in purchasing.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Packaging and/or Subcontracting Procurement roles.

Experience

A minimum of 7 years in a procurement role, specifically in packaging and/or subcontracting.
