Role & Responsibilities

  • Co-create and update digital content on the Learning App.
  • Monitor progress and maintain a precise database for KPI optimization.
  • Coordinate the creation of educational tools with internal and external partners.
  • Oversee the deployment of training tools to service providers.
  • Participate in the creation and organization of Retail and Education events.
  • Conduct brainstorming sessions, supplier research, and event organization.
  • Manage training logistics including room bookings, package preparation, and gifting.
  • Update and monitor the training reporting dashboard, including planning, participation, and qualitative feedback.

Qualifications

  • Higher education degree (university, business school, ISIPCA, or equivalent).
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong sensitivity to luxury products and operational excellence.

Skills

Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and digital tools. Proactivity, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and autonomy. Team spirit and interpersonal skills in an international and cross-functional environment. Adaptability to fast-paced work environments and diverse tasks.

Experience

Beginner level experience is acceptable, with a focus on operational and project management tasks.

Education

Higher education degree (university, business school, ISIPCA, or equivalent).
