Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the supervision of two Customer Service hubs located in Paris and the USA, ensuring seamless operations and continuous improvement of customer experience.
  • Manage customer inquiries through Salesforce Service Console and ERP, ensuring timely resolution of order modifications and cancellations.
  • Efficiently address and resolve customer complaints in collaboration with internal teams such as Logistics, IT, and Quality.
  • Ensure proper handling of e-commerce order releases, product returns, and refunds, adhering to quality standards and internal procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of customer service hubs, consolidate market performance data, and propose optimizations.
  • Draft and update procedural articles in Salesforce Service Cloud to enhance the knowledge base for advisors.
  • Analyze B2C customer feedback to identify improvement areas and synthesize feedback into categorized reports.
  • Participate in collecting and analyzing customer feedback via various channels to refine offerings and internal processes.
  • Engage in omni-channel CRM project coordination, including workshop preparation, animation support, and presentation creation.
  • Assist in preparing parcel shipments, ensuring accurate delivery information and timely dispatch.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or equivalent, seeking a gap year or end-of-study internship.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Autonomous, rigorous, and proactive, with the ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders in a multicultural environment.

Skills

Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced functions) and PowerPoint. Strong relational and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and proactively in a multicultural setting.

Experience

Ideally, candidates should have six months of experience in digital environments and a keen interest in CRM and Customer Service.

Education

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or equivalent.
