MAC seeks a Trade Marketing Manager for MAC and Too Faced, based at the Nordic head office in Carlsberg Byen, Copenhagen. The role shapes and executes trade marketing across Nordic retailers and e-retailers, translating global strategies and local insights into commercial plans, launches and activations. It is a full-time regular position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Nordic trade marketing strategy and calendar for MAC and Too Faced, aligned with brand priorities, retailer needs and commercial targets.
- Lead trade planning for key launches, franchises and shopping moments across stores and e-commerce, ensuring visibility, consumer engagement and sell-through.
- Translate consumer, shopper, category and retailer insights into tailored activation plans and commercial recommendations.
- Partner with Sales, Education, Visual Merchandising, Online and retailer teams to deliver consistent brand execution across touchpoints.
- Develop trade presentations, retailer sell-in stories and activation toolkits for sales and retailer meetings.
- Track retail sales, launch performance and activation results, identifying opportunities and corrective actions to improve return on investment.
- Manage trade marketing budgets, forecasts, purchase orders, and agency and supplier relationships.
- Monitor the Nordic makeup landscape, competitor activity and emerging trends to keep both brands relevant and commercially competitive.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in marketing, business, communication or a related field.
- At least three years of experience in trade marketing, commercial marketing, shopper marketing, commercial activation or brand marketing within beauty, fashion, lifestyle or another fast-moving consumer category.
- Experience in prestige beauty or makeup, including launches, retail activation or e-commerce, is a strong advantage.
- Commercial thinking and strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple markets, retailers and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to build strong relationships and communicate confidently with internal stakeholders, agencies and external retail partners.
- Analytical approach and confidence using retail data, Excel and PowerPoint to develop recommendations and presentations.
- Fluent English; proficiency in a Nordic language is an advantage.
- Results-oriented, hands-on approach, high energy and genuine interest in makeup, culture and consumer trends.
- Collaborative approach and ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to balance creativity with an analytical, data-driven approach and translate insights into clear actions.

Experience
At least three years in trade marketing, commercial marketing, shopper marketing, commercial activation or brand marketing within beauty, fashion, lifestyle or another fast-moving consumer category.
Education
Master’s degree in marketing, business, communication or a related field.
