Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor sales team members to demonstrate exemplary customer service behaviors and achieve sales targets
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily store operations and team leadership
- Conduct cash reconciliation and handle opening and closing store procedures on a rota basis

Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty

Skills
Experience
Proven retail experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty. Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures is desirable. Previous supervisory experience with coaching and mentoring responsibilities is desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail or customer service certification is not required but may be advantageous.
