MAC is hiring a Store Manager for its Mooca Plaza Shopping location in São Paulo. The role oversees store operations, team development, sales, customer service, budgets, inventory, merchandising, HR processes, loss prevention, security and scheduling; full-time regular employment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all store operations, including recruiting, training, and developing the team.
- Drive sales through the team, deliver excellent customer service, and maximize store profits through expense control and efficient resource management.
- Set sales targets and performance-improvement strategies.
- Keep expenses within budget limits.
- Manage inventory and merchandising.
- Conduct human resources processes, including recruitment, hiring, and disciplinary measures.
- Oversee loss prevention and store security.
- Prepare staff schedules based on sales demand.
Qualifications
- Completed secondary education.
- Completed or ongoing higher education is preferred.
- Customer service experience.
- Experience managing sales teams.
