MAC, a prestige color cosmetics brand within the Estée Lauder Companies portfolio, seeks a Store Manager for its boutique location in Shopping Barra, Salvador. The role encompasses full responsibility for point-of-sale operations, merchandising execution, sales performance management, and team leadership within a dynamic luxury retail environment. This position reports directly to the regional leadership and is instrumental in delivering the brand's signature color cosmetics expertise and personalized client experience standards.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate retail staff to achieve sales targets and brand performance metrics
• Oversee daily point-of-sale operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising within the boutique
• Ensure consistent delivery of MAC's signature color cosmetics expertise and client consultation services
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance development aligned with brand standards
• Maintain boutique cleanliness, product merchandising, and store environment to luxury retail specifications
• Report sales performance, inventory turnover, and operational metrics to regional management
• Build and sustain key client relationships to drive repeat business and brand loyalty

Qualifications

• Proven store management experience in prestige retail or luxury cosmetics environments
• Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Knowledge of color cosmetics product categories and client consultation techniques
• Ability to maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation

Skills

Experience

Minimum 3 years of retail store management experience in a prestige or luxury environment, with demonstrated success in driving sales performance and leading retail teams.

Education

Secondary education required; diploma or certification in business administration, retail management, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
