Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a diverse sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets and KPIs
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment
- Develop and execute local marketing and promotional campaigns to drive foot traffic and brand awareness
- Ensure exceptional customer service and brand experience standards are consistently maintained across all interactions
- Manage scheduling, training, and performance evaluation of store staff
- Monitor P&L performance and optimize operational efficiency within budget parameters
- Report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity to regional management
- Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and brand guidelines
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing a high-volume retail store or beauty counter (minimum 3–5 years in luxury or prestige beauty retail)
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
- Knowledge of cosmetics, colour theory, or beauty products is an advantage

3–5 years of progressive retail or store management experience, ideally in luxury beauty, cosmetics, or high-end fashion retail environments.
Education
Secondary education required; post-secondary qualification in business, retail management, or related field preferred.
