Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Sales Associates to achieve all sales, customer service, and operational targets
- Create and execute an agile business plan with strategic customer targeting and retention initiatives
- Oversee business planning including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
- Manage retail operations including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation
- Design, plan, and execute in-store events to drive customer engagement and sales

- Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Experience creating and executing in-store events and promotional activities
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proof of right to live and work in the country
