MAC Cosmetics seeks an experienced Store Manager for a fixed-term position at the Centre Nantes Atlantis retail location. This role encompasses full responsibility for point-of-sale operations, team leadership, and sales performance at a luxury beauty retail counter. The position is offered on a 35-hour weekly basis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of point-of-sale operations and retail counter activities
- Lead and supervise sales team members to achieve performance targets
- Ensure consistent brand representation and luxury beauty service standards
- Monitor inventory management and product replenishment
- Drive sales performance and customer satisfaction metrics
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Proven retail management experience in beauty or cosmetics
