This full-time temporary position requires a seasoned professional to oversee day-to-day retail operations, manage staff performance, and drive sales excellence within a luxury beauty retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure optimal performance against sales targets
- Lead, mentor, and manage the store team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure store presentation aligns with MAC brand guidelines
- Drive sales performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue objectives
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and merchandise allocation

Qualifications
