Dynamic retail leadership role overseeing a MAC prestige beauty store in London's Covent Garden. The Store Manager will lead, coach, and develop a team of sales associates while achieving sales, customer service, and operational targets through strategic business planning, in-store events, customer relationship management, and high-performance team leadership. This first-level management position offers exposure to business planning, consumer insights, event management, and front-line marketing, providing a foundation for career progression within the prestige beauty industry.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop sales associates to achieve all sales, customer service, and operational targets
- Create and execute an agile business plan with strategic customer targeting and retention initiatives
- Manage in-store events and customer relationship management programs
- Oversee business planning activities including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
- Manage retail operations including inventory, facilities management, and cash reconciliation
- Work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Drive recruitment and retention of customers through exceptional service and strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Proven retail management or assistant retail management experience, preferably within cosmetics

- Retail operations experience encompassing inventory and facilities management
- Track record of leading teams to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Experience creating and executing in-store events
