Role & Responsibilities

- Previous business planning experience including target-setting, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
- Retail operations experience encompassing inventory management, facilities oversight, and cash reconciliation
- Proven track record of leading teams to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Experience creating and executing in-store events and promotional activities
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Right to live and work in South Africa (proof required upon interview invitation)
