Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Sales Associates to achieve sales targets, customer service standards, and operational metrics
- Create and execute strategic store business plans aligned with company objectives and consumer insights
- Manage all retail operations including inventory, cash reconciliation, facilities management, and compliance
- Recruit, hire, and retain top retail talent through effective talent management and career development
- Execute high-impact in-store events and promotional campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention

- Schedule and optimize team staffing to ensure optimal coverage during peak trading periods and special events

Qualifications
- Proven retail management or assistant retail management experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
